Funbuilding is team building where it's all about having a good and fun time together.
The direct focus is not on process improvement, but on having a shared experience that naturally brings you closer together. We have team exercises where you are challenged in body, mind and cooperation skills.
You can choose between our team challenges on the climbing courses or the exercises we have on the forest floor.
The day is designed exactly the way you want.
Funbuilding can last from 1 hour to a whole day, and can be followed by regular climbing on our climbing courses.

Team building is not just about fun — it also targets process improvement and team dynamics.
Our experienced process consultants can create a day that strengthens your team from the inside out.
Our team building experiences gets fully customized to your needs and desired outcomes. We adapt the process, physical level, activities and duration to ensure a program that fits your team perfectly.
The team building courses last from half a day to a full day, and can take place outside in the forest, with the option of gathering outside or indoors.

- Balance and cooperation put to the test
Traverse
The traverse is a fun and demanding reinterpretation of the classic game “The floor is lava”. On a course of wires stretched between the trees 40 centimeters above the ground, half of the team must make it from A to B, and the other half must go from B to A.
Around the traverse, the team must form human chains, squeeze through giant spider webs and swing over the lava – all while keeping a cool head and passing crucial information to the rest of the team. In addition to the obstacles, the two teams must pass each other along the traverse.
The traverse guarantee activation of your balance, problem-solving skills, and plenty of laughs.
- A fusion of tree climbing and escape room
Treasure Hunt
After the climbing instruction, the team – with newly acquired climbing skills – must solve an exciting series of tasks in the trees and on the forest floor where cooperation and creativity is key. The team must solve complex tasks, decode clues and work together to share information to ultimately find the code to the treasure chest. The tasks require interaction between people in the trees and on the ground, so if not everyone wants to climb, there is plenty of responsibility and tasks from the ground. If everyone wants to climb, it is another challenge to distribute the team members as best as possible along the way.
We have 3 treasure hunt levels, and if you have time, you can try a few and experience how collaboration and communication improve with each level.
