Frequently Asked Questions

How and where?

How long does it take to climb?
It is very individual and depends on age and physical condition. But expect to spend at least 2.5 hours completing all courses and better allow 4 hours if you also want to take breaks between courses.

How long do you have in the climbing park?
During opening hours, you can basically stay in the Climbing Park as long as you like. However, reservations are made for many bookings. If you have booked a time outside of regular opening hours, you have 4 hours in total, which is adequate to get through all the courses.

Yes. Our safety system is designed so that you cannot click yourself out until you are back on the ground. This means that you cannot end up standing in the trees without being secured. Before you are allowed to go up into the trees, you will receive thorough safety instructions and complete a practice course at ground level, where you will become comfortable with the equipment. You must follow the instructions given, and the instructors' guidance must be followed at all times. You can read more about our safety system here.
