How and where?
How long does it take to climb?
It is very individual and depends on age and physical condition. But expect to spend at least 2.5 hours completing all courses and better allow 4 hours if you also want to take breaks between courses.
How long do you have in the climbing park?
During opening hours, you can basically stay in the Climbing Park as long as you like. However, reservations are made for many bookings. If you have booked a time outside of regular opening hours, you have 4 hours in total, which is adequate to get through all the courses.

Which ticket should I buy?
Your ticket gives you access to the Til-Tops climbing park you have chosen. Your age and height determine which courses in the park you can go on. There is a maximum weight limit of 110 kg in both parks.
Havreholm height and age requirements:
Er du < 1.30 meter = gul bane (Mini-Tops billet)
If you are 1.30 m – 1.39 m. and at least 8 years old = green course and zip safari (Young-Tops ticket). NB – remember that an adult (16 years+) must accompany you to climb.
If you are 1.40 m – 1.49 m and at least 8 years old = green, light blue, blue course and zip safari (Young-Tops ticket) NB – if you are under 12 years old, you must have an adult (16 years+) with you on the courses.
If you are 1.50 m + and 10 – 15 years old = access to all the courses. (Young-Tops ticket) NB – If you are under 12 years old, you must have an adult (16 years+) with you on the blue and red course.
If you are at least 1.50 m tall and 12 years old+, you can go alone on all the courses. (You can buy a Youth-Tops ticket if you are 10-15 years old and an Adventure-Tops ticket if you are 16 years old and over).
Frederiksdal height and age requirements:
The dirt track: Anyone can climb. The track is always open and requires no ticket, equipment or instruction.
Yellow course: You must be at least 130 cm tall, and if you are under 10 years old, you must have an adult on the course (Mini-Tops ticket).
Green course: You must be at least 135 cm tall, and if you are under 10 years old, you must have an adult with you on the course (Young-Tops ticket if you are under 16 years old, otherwise Adult ticket).
Blue lane: You must be at least 140 cm tall, and if you are under 12 years old, you must have an adult with you on the lane (Young-Tops ticket if you are under 16 years old, otherwise Adult ticket).
Red lane: You must be at least 150 cm tall, and if you are under 12 years old, you must have an adult with you on the lane (Young-Tops ticket if you are under 16 years old, otherwise Adult ticket).
What clothes and shoes should I wear?
Bring gloves – or buy a pair on site for only DKK 25.
Clothes that are easy to move in, shoes with good soles (not ballerinas etc.). People with long hair should remember to put it up in a braid/ponytail so that it does not get caught in the roller wheel on the cable car.
What if it rains?
Then you put on rain gear.
You are well covered by the leaves once you are up on the slopes. Only thunderstorms and lightning close the slopes – if that happens, we will make sure you come to Til-Tops at another time.
Can I buy food and drinks on site?
Yes, you can buy a cup of coffee/tea/cocoa, chocolate bars and ice cream as well as cold sodas and sparkling water.
How long do I have on the courses?
You have a total of 4 hours on the climbing courses. 20-30 minutes of instruction is included.
This gives you plenty of time to get through the levels and take a break along the way.
What is included in the price?
For climbing; Climbing harness, helmet and instruction as well as access to all the courses - however, remember various restrictions.
For disc golf: 1 disc (frisbee) and a scorecard.
For Quiz: 1 x quiz sheet. More can be purchased.

What if I have to cancel?
If you are unable to attend at your booked time, please call or email us at least 48 hours in advance. We will then find another time for you to come to Til-Tops instead. The ticket will not be refunded.
Can I pay with Dankort and credit card on site?
Yes – we accept Mastercard, Visa and Visadankort.
Do I have to pay if I don't climb?
No – if you just want to follow along on the ground (even if you have a child on Havreholm's yellow course, for example) you don't have to pay anything.
NB – we have many other activities besides the climbing courses if you wish. Prices can be found on the page with prices and opening hours.
How long does it take?

Where can I park my car?
We have free parking spaces in both parks.
How old do I have to be to join?
See descriptions of the respective courses: Havreholm courses and Frederiksdal courses.
Please note that children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to climb the courses. It is not sufficient to walk downstairs. Maximum 3 children under 12 years of age per adult. Adult = 16 years+
On the yellow course at Havreholm for 3-7 year olds, an adult just has to walk alongside. Max 3 children per adult.

Are there any activities for those who don't want to climb?
Yes, at Havreholm we have a Disc Golf course, a Forest Quiz, Nature Bingo, Cornhole and Ladder Golf. Tickets can be purchased on site. Nature Bingo is free. Prices for the other activities can be found on the Prices and Opening Hours page.
Campfire area for free use.
At Frederiksdal we have forest disc golf, king's game and cozy campfire sites - all for free use.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes and you are welcome to use our tables/benches and chairs in the area. Or bring a large blanket for a picnic on the grass.
Is tree climbing safe?
Yes! Our safety system is designed so that you cannot unclip yourself until you are back on the ground. This means that you cannot stand up in the trees without being secured. You will also receive a thorough safety briefing before you are allowed to go out into the trees. You will have to follow the instructions given, and the instructors' instructions must be followed at all times.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome as long as they do not bother our other guests.
Can I reserve a harness? Always book online.
If you order for a specific day and time, we will reserve the respective number of climbing harnesses for you – provided, of course, that you arrive on time.
I need to cancel.
Payment is required upon booking. In some cases, we will accept a deposit to hold the booking until you know exactly how many people are participating. The deposit and payment are NON-refundable, but can always be used for climbing at Til-Tops at another time if you end up having to cancel. However, cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours in advance in order to use the payment/deposit at another time.
Am I insured when I climb?
We have the statutory insurance with Alm. Brand.
Permits and inspection
The Til-Tops climbing parks have permission from the North Zealand Police (under Police Director Henriette Rosenborg Larsen) to operate public amusement parks.
The parks are approved every year by the Danish Technological Institute.
