You are responsible for ensuring that you and any children under 18 years of age you bring with you follow the safety rules on the tracks. The harness has 3 buckles that regulate how tight it is – one on the belt around the waist and one on each leg. The harness must be tight at all times and, if necessary, it must be retightened while on the tracks. It is strictly forbidden to be on the tracks without correctly wearing a harness and correctly secured in the safety system. Violation of this will result in immediate expulsion from the park without a refund of the entrance ticket.

Smoking and vaping isnot permitted while wearing a harness. If you have taken the harness off and put it back on, you must have it checked by an instructor.

You have a duty to follow the instructions carefully and ask if anything is unclear to you.

Only 1 person is allowed on each obstacle at a time. Wait until it is clear before you embark on an obstacle. On the zip lines, you MUST make sure that there is no one on the line when you start.

Make sure you are always properly secured before moving onto the next element. Move calmly and in a controlled manner through all the tracks.

In case of any errors or deficiencies on the course, we ask you to notify the staff out of consideration for other users.

Please note that:

You should familiarize yourself with the applicable height restrictions on the various courses to avoid disappointment upon arrival at the park.
For both parks, the height restrictions can be found on the website under “Climbing tracks”.
